Pearl Drego (16 Φεβρουαρίου 1928 – 19 Μαρτίου 2017) ήταν Αμερικανός ποιητής και εκπαιδευτικός από το Blackfeet Nation of the Northern Plains. Ενώ είναι περισσότερο γνωστή για την ποίησή της, ήταν επίσης καθηγήτρια και μέντορας σε συγγραφείς αμερικανικής ινδιάνικης καταγωγής.
